with insurance partners, when you participate in activities on the Services.

La Mutuelle Afiyah est constituée et exerce ses activités conformément à la réglementation en vigueur relative aux Institutions de Prévoyance Maladie (IPM). Elle est soumise aux dispositions du Code de la Sécurité Sociale et aux textes réglementaires applicables aux mutuelles de santé.
Le non-paiement des cotisations entraîne la suspension ou la résiliation des garanties.
Toute fausse déclaration ou fraude entraîne la suppression des droits.
Les litiges relèvent des instances compétentes conformément à la réglementation applicable.
